The ladies at the counter were really friendly. The sandwichs were fresh and the frosty's were delicious!

Fries are supposed to to hot and fresh. Yet there always cold and half cooked.

Not too bad other than gave me a burnt burger and they forgot a burger. And as I was waiting for my food, they overcharged an older gentleman $12 for his 3 meals. And the kid at the drive thru window had split a baked potato with his fingers, put the cheese in the middle, then handed the potato to the customer. He did not have gloves on. The person who originally was taking care of the potato had gloves on and went to find a knife to cut the potato

30 minute wait for 4 jr cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich. Food was cold.

I find that their children's meals in the afternoon for a dollar 99 are an amazing deal and they're baked potatoes are excellent I love their chili the people there see me very kind of courteous it's always clean and tidy each time I've ever gone in and the drive-thru is really quick in comparison to some good job ladies and gentlemen

Was there at 4PM...service was slow but chicken sandwiches were very tasty.

The food was fresh and good. I appreciate the $4 meals and all the options to chose from. Helps keep it affordable for a family night out. Lots of food for a low price!

Quick and easy meal

Must have been what I'm hoping was an off day. The food was decent and relatively fresh. However, I waited roughly 15 minutes in line two cars in front of me before the order speaker, then at least another 5-7 minutes from order to receiving food. One of the longest ever wait times.

Service is getting better starting to take pride in what they do

It's horrible every time I go there. This time was the last straw. I ordered a double stack, I hear someone in the background on the speaker say check the temp. I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I get back to work to eat the double stack. I open it and it's a bacon double cheeseburger(Cold). They must have had one sitting there and decided to give me that instead. Sick and tired of the very bad service there.

Usually the food is really good and the people are friendly. It does seem to take longer when they get more than a couple cars at the drive thru. The inside is pleasant.

I mean it's fast food and my order was right and fresh.

Kinda disappointed, ordered a #6 and a classic single and received two classic singles but paid for a large #6 and a classic single. Tried calling several times and nobody will answer.

Really good food and really nice staff

Went through the drive-through yesterday and they got my sandwich wrong. I asked for no ketchup and no tomato but ketchup and tomato was on my sandwich, my husband got two Junior cheeseburgers ketchup and mustard only and they put everything on his even onion. They literally did the same thing to his sandwiches last time we went there. The receipt was correct It stated exactly how we wanted it therefore it should’ve been on the screen correctly. They just don’t pay attention at this place. I called and was told they take care of it Monday because they were out of beef patties but I don’t think we’re going to go back. They get our orders wrong way to often here this is an ongoing problem. 😞

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. This was their "second chance ". Asked for fresh fries got cold soggy ones instead. The sandwich was wrong and what I did get was just thrown together. I love Wendy's as it's my go to place for a quick bite to eat...not this one.
